About Us
Hands and Heart Ministries (H&HM) is a christian not for profit organization registered to mitigate the spiritual and physical poverty among christians for church transformation in Uganda with her primary focus being pastors/key church leaders and young/youth christians. The organization purposes to equip beneficiaries with biblical ,entrepreneurial development skills & projects, & quality health services . God wants us to excel in all areas of life; 7 But since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you[a]—see that you also excel in this grace of giving. Our goal is to partner with churches in trainings & empowering people to honor God with their giving so that the practical love in the church may touch every soul in the communities.
